Rent Smart™Fee Structure

The Rent Smart™ Account fee structure is based on a per tenant montly administration cost of £12.50  (Inclusive of VAT) per month.

This fee structure includes for the provision of 1 payment card per tenant and also is inclusive of the bill payment and management service at no additional cost.
